Feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just a little lost? You don’t have to face it alone. Maybe you're craving someone who will truly listen—with kindness, compassion, and no judgment. Life can feel incredibly heavy at times. Parenting can be exhausting, relationships can feel strained or disconnected, and it’s not always easy to find your footing. If you’re a teen trying to navigate the ups and downs of school, friendships, or family life, or if you just want to feel a little more confident and grounded in a confusing world—you are so welcome here.
Maybe anxiety or depression has been quietly draining your energy, stealing moments of joy. Maybe you’ve lost touch with yourself and the life you imagined. If you’re carrying something too big to hold alone, please know: you don’t have to keep carrying it all by yourself. I’m here to walk beside you—not to fix you, but to support you in rediscovering the strength, clarity, and peace that already lives inside you.
As a licensed mental health counselor, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families through many different seasons of life. With experience as a school district counseling leader, trainer, and fitness instructor, I take a holistic, whole-person approach—because healing doesn’t happen in just the mind or body, but in both.
I know reaching out can feel scary. But even the smallest step toward support is an act of courage. It would be an honor to sit with you in whatever you’re facing, to help you untangle what feels stuck, and to gently guide you toward growth, healing, and hope. Whenever you’re ready—I'm here.
