Life can be tough, and sometimes it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. Whether you're struggling with trauma, betrayal, anxiety, or depression, I’m here to help you navigate those challenges in a compassionate and supportive space. My goal is to walk alongside you as you uncover your inner strength and resilience, working together toward lasting healing and growth.
I specialize in trauma, including betrayal trauma and infidelity in couples, and offer a personalized approach for each individual and couple. I understand that no two people or relationships are the same, which is why I use a variety of therapeutic methods, such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method for couples, to best support your needs.
My style is warm, approachable, and often laced with humor and sarcasm (when appropriate)—creating a safe space where you can truly be yourself. Clients often tell me that they feel comfortable, heard, and free to express themselves fully in our sessions. I believe that healing happens in connection, not isolation, and I welcome the whole person—the good, the bad, and everything in between.
With training in trauma, addiction, LGBTQ+ issues, substance use, and more, I am dedicated to providing the best possible care. I’m here to help you navigate life's twists and turns with confidence, build stronger relationships, and ultimately create the life you envision for yourself.
If you’re ready to start your healing journey, I’m here to help. Together, we can transform your challenges into opportunities for growth and lasting change.

My journey into the mental health field started with my passion for Nutrition and Exercise, which led me to work with individuals struggling with Eating Disorders and athletes navigating performance-related anxiety. This passion blossomed into a deeper desire to help people through therapy, and I’ve loved every moment of my experiences in this field.
I’m currently a second-year graduate student working toward my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with plans to graduate in May, 2025. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional and Exercise Sciences from Brigham Young University.
I’m committed to providing a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is personalized to meet your unique needs and goals, whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or any other challenge life throws your way. I work with all ages and also can assist with couple and family work.
I’m here to help you discover your strength, build resilience, and make lasting, positive changes in your life.
