Shannon Lasater, MA, provides counseling services to adults and adolescents. She specializes in helping individuals recover from eating disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety, addictions, and sleep problems. She also specializes in the challenges of navigating parenthood and how to find effective ways to parent or step-parent.

Jennifer Lightfoot, LMSW

Jennifer Lightfoot, LMSW, provides counseling services to adults, adolescents, and children. Jennifer has a military background which helps her excel in working with first responders and veterans. Jennifer has also worked in psychiatric hospitals with individuals struggling with dual diagnoses of mental health disorders and substance abuse. Jennifer’s experience with adolescents and children comes from her time at Mid America Therapy, where she worked with adolescents and children who dealt with reactive attachment disorder as well as LGBTQ youth.
