Nobody is broken... but we all struggle with life's challenges and find ourselves stuck sometimes. Wherever you feel you are in your life's journey is a great place to start! I utilize resources like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people get unstuck and move through life in a way that is more rich and meaningful than distressing and depressing.
Through my experiences in life, I felt like becoming a therapist was exactly what I wanted to do. I received my Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Honolulu.
I specialize in helping clients build a more rich and meaningful life through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and process heavy psychological obstacles through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). We strive to move through the challenges holding you back from living the kind of life you want to live and from being who you want to be.
Everyone is on a journey in life and some of us feel stuck, like no matter where we go or what we do we can't move forward or get pulled backwards. We try everything we can think of but it's just not working. If you are feeling like this, so have I and many many others! Come join me and develop creative strategies to thrive in your journey in life.

My journey into the mental health field started with my passion for Nutrition and Exercise, which led me to work with individuals struggling with Eating Disorders and athletes navigating performance-related anxiety. This passion blossomed into a deeper desire to help people through therapy, and I’ve loved every moment of my experiences in this field.
I’m currently a second-year graduate student working toward my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with plans to graduate in May, 2025. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional and Exercise Sciences from Brigham Young University.
I’m committed to providing a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is personalized to meet your unique needs and goals, whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or any other challenge life throws your way. I work with all ages and also can assist with couple and family work.
I’m here to help you discover your strength, build resilience, and make lasting, positive changes in your life.

Yo hablo Espanol. I am passionate about helping people heal from abusive relationships. Whether you are still in this relationship or not, my goal is to help you overcome the pain that you are in, and reclaim your life. I also help people that feel like they’ve lost everything (due to divorce, betrayal, financial ruin, etc.). It can be devastating, overwhelming, even frightening to see your world turn upside down. I can help you to grieve and to find your way in order to start over.
ADHD and autism run in my family and I have studied these areas extensively. I can help you to understand your unique abilities and make friends with your brain.( And we can even make this fun!)
I feel that being deeply listened to and understood is one of life's most profound gifts. As a therapist my goal is to truly listen, understand and support you through your challenges. Your challenges and your dreams are as unique as your fingerprints, so I will help sift out what it is that you most want from therapy. I am available in the evenings.
