Delores Morris is a Licensed Professional Counselor with multi-state licenses. To assist clients with becoming a better version of themselves, she brings new perspectives, various strategies, and helpful tools to navigate challenging situations. She facilitates creative processes that help liberate and empower clients to overcome their circumstances. She identifies their strengths and upskill mentalities to meet the current demands in the home, the community, and the workplace.

Her services are particularly helpful in regards to workplace issues, personal growth/awareness, identifying underlying causes/patterns, depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, insomnia, etc., as well as symptom reduction/alleviation. She primarily utilizes evidence-based therapies such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). However, other evidenced-based therapies may include Insight-Oriented Therapy, Exposure-Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy and Behavioral Modification Therapy.

She provides a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space to focus on what matters most to her clients. A lot has changed since the pandemic and since the election. We're here to support you, to assist you, and to listen to you during these unprecedented times.

Nell is a compassionate and dedicated therapist holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Trauma-Informed care, Nell integrates a person-centered approach to provide effective, individualized care.

 

Focused on empowering clients, Nell strives to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, ultimately working toward lasting healing and growth. Through a blend of evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of each client's unique experience, Nell supports individuals in overcoming challenges and achieving emotional well-being.

Sara is a warm and empathetic therapist who works with children (10+), teens, adult men and women, and couples to improve their lives and overall mental health. She has worked as a therapist for 8 years and provides a warm space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and valued. Her goal is to support you while you heal and create lasting changes in your life. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia. In 2017 she received her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She specializes in trauma, grief/loss, relational issues, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar/mood disorders, substance abuse, victims of abuse, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, self-esteem and parenting. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She tailors which therapeutic intervention to utilize based on each individual and situation.
