Outpatient Clinical Nurse Specialist

Janet Williams, MSN, CNS-BC

Janet Williams is a Board-Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist with over 16 years of experience in mental health and psychiatric care, serving veterans and their families at the Atlanta VA outpatient clinics. Known for her compassionate, evidence-based approach, Janet is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate complex mental health challenges with dignity, empathy, and personalized care.

 

Her practice is rooted in a holistic, patient-centered philosophy that honors the unique experiences of each person she serves. As a trusted advocate for emotional well-being and resilience, Janet integrates clinical expertise with a strong emphasis on therapeutic connection and long-term healing.

 

Outside of her clinical work, Janet is passionate about exploring new cultures through travel, spending meaningful time with her family, and drawing inspiration from nature and the human stories she encounters. Her commitment to lifelong learning and advocacy continues to guide her mission as a healer and mental health leader.

Raven Traylor, LCSW

Raven Traylor is a dynamic Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a broad range of experience working across diverse mental health settings. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Louisiana State University in 2017.

 

Raven has worked extensively with clients of all ages, with a particular focus on children and adolescents. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, utilizing evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions. This blend allows her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

 

Raven supports individuals facing challenges including low self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, mild substance use, and ADHD. She is especially passionate about serving and advocating for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and lower-income communities, dedicating herself to fostering equity and inclusivity within her practice.
