Geeta Raval therapist Milwaukee

Geeta Raval believes that the present and past do not have to be barriers to a better future. She supports individuals of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and life challenges such as school, career, relationships, health issues, or other major transitions. Her work focuses on helping clients identify their strengths and break unhelpful patterns, opening space for meaningful change.

 

She draws from a range of approaches, including CBT, DBT coping skills, motivational interviewing, and relational-cultural therapy. She welcomes those who may feel unsure about starting therapy and is deeply committed to honoring each person’s unique experiences and perspectives.

Michelle Kent creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for clients to process emotions and grow at their own pace. She enjoys working with young adults, adolescents, and people of all ages to address anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, life transitions, relational issues, and more. Her person-centered, strengths-based approach is tailored to each client, drawing from DBT, ACT, CBT, and other evidence-based practices. She strives to offer a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive space that fosters connection, self-compassion, and deep healing, and she is committed to providing identity affirming care. Megan Young  therapist Milwaukee

Megan Young brings over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Her diverse expertise spans trauma, ADHD, spectrum disorders, behavioral challenges, parenting, and couples/family counseling, in addition to supervising interns and clinicians on the path to licensure. Megan is known for creating intentional, supportive spaces that allow clients and clinicians alike to thrive. Her approach is structured, holistic, and always attuned to individual needs, helping translate in-session progress into real-life success.

 As a member of the 2024 Wisconsin Emerging Leaders (EL) Cohort and DHS approved supervisor, Megan is passionate about transforming the field of mental health by supporting clinicians to rediscover purpose and sustain the joy that makes this work meaningful. Megan is not currently accepting clients.

Melanie Figueroa, LCSW, With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I practice through a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based lens. I’m passionate about walking alongside others as they work toward healing and positive change.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and supportive environment where clients can feel safe to explore, grow, and thrive.

Patty Barrett, LCSW  has a background in clinical social work and special education for over 35 years, and has had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of settings. These experiences have deepened her belief in the
resilience of people—and in the power of collaboration when working towards meaningful change.

 

She is trained as a solution-focused therapist and grounded in a strengths-based approach, helping clients tap into their inner resources to navigate challenges and reach their goals. Her work integrates a variety of therapeutic tools, including mindfulness,
narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

 

Creating a safe, supportive environment is at the heart of her practice. She’s passionate about empowering clients to take ownership of their growth, and believes real change
happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Eno Okon provides professional counseling services for high school–aged adolescents and adults in West Allis, WI. She specializes in helping clients navigate relationship challenges, conflict resolution, grief, anxiety, and depression.

Eno partners collaboratively with clients to foster emotional growth, resilience, and lasting transformation, even during life’s most difficult seasons.

Her authentic, strength-based approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, narrative therapy, and somatic therapy. Eno takes a holistic approach to mental health counseling, exploring childhood experiences, family and social systems, spirituality, workplace stress, and sociopolitical factors that shape overall well-being.

Eno is committed to creating a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and judgment-free therapy space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
