CEO Owner

Dino Alfonso

Dino Vegas.jpg

With over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, specializing in transportation and security, I have consistently placed safety, compliance, and operational efficiency at the forefront of my work. Throughout my career, I have collaborated extensively with federal agencies including the TSA, FBI, and ICE, focusing on regulatory oversight, logistics, and the development of safety protocols.

In 2023, alongside my wife, Maria Jill, I transitioned into the healthcare sector by founding JD Medical Group, a mobile medical practice. What began as a single initiative has since grown into a network of seven medical practices serving communities across Nevada and Arizona. Our organization is dedicated to providing exceptional care in primary care, foot care, wound care, non-emergency medical transportation, Ketamine therapy, and mental health services.

As CEO, my mission is twofold: to deliver top-tier, accessible healthcare to underserved populations, and to support the professional growth and long-term success of our employees. I welcome opportunities to collaborate and share how JD Medical Group’s integrated services can positively impact the well-being of our communities.
