Throughout the different mental and emotional challenges in life, we all deserve to sit across from someone who can make us feel seen. In her clinical work, Ayo views therapy as a resource intended to take the edge off daily pressures and encourage long-lasting change in our ability to use healthy coping skills. She uses clinically proven interventions to foster the changes and growth her clients are looking for, while also using warmth and validation to create an emotionally safe environment.
As a licensed psychotherapist, Ayo is experienced at working with professionals in high-performance environments as they strive to cope with life and work-related stress. She is also skilled at supporting couples as they navigate relational challenges such as miscommunication, emotional intimacy, and infidelity. Despite what brings clients to her therapy room, Ayo seeks to understand the full picture and offer effective feedback that will lead to clients reaching their goals. She is aware that therapy can be a daunting experience, so she respects the bravery it takes to begin and is always mindful of making clients feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
