As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Charlotte, NC, I believe that healing is never one-size-fits-all. My approach to therapy is holistic and strengths-based, honoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I work collaboratively with clients to help them reconnect with their values, inner resilience, and authentic sense of self. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered in your healing journey.

I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I often incorporate mind-body techniques to support emotional regulation and nervous system healing. As a Certified Nutrition and Mental Health Clinical Specialist, I also emphasize the powerful link between nutrition, mood, and mental wellness—especially when addressing stress, anxiety, or burnout.

Whether you're working through trauma, navigating life transitions, exploring your identity, or simply hoping to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and encouragement. I find deep meaning in witnessing my clients grow and thrive—and I’m honored to support them every step of the way.
