Natalie, LMSW, provides individual therapy for adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, with particular interest in working with those who are navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, loss, and trauma. She is trained in DBT and CBT and also draws from a psychodynamic and attachment-based lens to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, understand how their past has shaped their present, and develop sustainable ways to process and cope with life’s challenges.
With a spirit of curiosity and a warm, compassionate presence, Natalie offers a client-centered approach and tailors treatment to each person’s unique needs. Natalie also has a strong passion for social justice, and supports clients in exploring the emotional impact of living
within systems of oppression. As a therapist, Natalie’s intention is to walk
alongside you on your journey towards self-discovery, healing, and creating a life
that feels more meaningful and true.
Natalie received her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. Natalie is currently under the supervision of Arlene Montgomery, LCSW-S.
