Owner, Executive Director
Eryne Hughes

Eryne Hughes is the owner and executive director of our Anchorage location.
When I imagined Nora Mental Health in Alaska, I hoped to create a space where people feel safe enough to be themselves and where care feels thoughtful, respectful, and deeply human.
Over the years, my work across Alaska’s child welfare, public health, and community systems showed me how important it is to feel truly seen during difficult moments. Those experiences shaped my belief that healing happens best through trust, compassion, and steady support not pressure or judgment.
At Nora, we strive to offer care that honors each person’s experience, strengths, and pace. We also care deeply about supporting our clinicians and community partners who make this work possible knowing that healthy systems of care begin with mutual respect and collaboration.
Whether you are here seeking support, looking for a trusted place to refer someone, or exploring a clinical home rooted in care and connection, I hope Nora feels welcoming, steady, and real.
You do not have to have everything figured out to begin. You are welcome here just as you are.
Therapist
Misti Musgrave

Hey there! My name is Misti, and I have been in the mental health realm for over 15 years helping those of all ages. In the last few years, I have become passionate about finding people hope and healing from traumatic experiences, regardless of the trauma, regardless of the age it happened or how old the person is now. I like to look at people as a whole person to see if we can find the root cause of what's going on and then take the journey of mending. When I'm not in the office, I can be found enjoying farming, cozying up in a blanket to enjoy a good read, adventuring outside with my family, and of course making smores. However, all of these things are always enhanced with a delicious cup of hot coffee.

Sharilynn Stanford Bio
I bring a holistic, integrative approach to my practice. I believe deeply in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and in the power of reconnecting with body, mind, emotions, and our own deep wisdom, tailoring my methods to each person’s unique needs. Grounded in the present-centeredness of Gestalt therapy, mindfulness and transpersonal psychology, her work also draws from parts work, somatic awareness, and is client centered.
I am a neurodivergent clinician committed to creating a neurodiversity and gender affirming space; working with autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and C-PTSD clients, as well as supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals. I also guide parents navigating the journey of raising neurodivergent children.
I have a specialization in psychedelic assisted therapy, offering harm reduction preparation and integration.
My goal is to provide a safe, open environment that empowers each individual to follow their own path toward healing and transformation.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University.
Outside of my practice, I am an artist and writer who finds joy in family, animals, and connecting with nature—both in the breathtaking landscapes of Alaska and in my travels beyond.
